Terms of service

1. Orders

-When purchasing you always get a confirmation email regarding your order. In the mail you find all information needed on your order.


-If something is wrong with your order please contact us at streetkranig@gmail.com



2. Shipping 

-All orders are shipped within 48 hours. During holidays and busy times there may be some delays. 


-Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days in Sweden and outside of Sweden it depends where you live. 


-If there is any problems with the delivery please contact streetkranig@gmail.com


-All our products are in stock and there are no preorders available on our site. This is because we want to offer you the fastest service possible and don’t make you wait 21+ days for your product. 


-If you order something that maybe has been sold in store already or has been lost and therefore no longer available you will be contacted. You would then get the option of either getting a refund or us sourcing a new pair for you. The rights of return if we source you a new pair will be 14 days from when the package is picked up by you just as normal.


-The text above is to clarify what would happen if we oversell a product or don’t have it in stock. We strive to never end up in that situation but human errors can occur.



3. Prices

-All prices are based in SEK. If you order in some other currency there can be some slight difference in price compared to what the website says. 


-The prices are all including Moms 25% or profit margin taxation. 


-We reserve the right for changes in price on an order and the right to cancel an order if any mistake in pricing has been made. 


-The text above is to clarify our right of canceling an order which for example the item has been priced at 199 when it should be 1999. This shouldn’t happen but this is to clarify what would happen. 


4. Rights of return

-When purchasing from the website you have 14 days right of return. The count starts when you pick up the package at your post office.


-When returning you must contact us at streetkranig@gmail.com . In the mail you must tell us your Name, address, mail, order number, telephone number and which items you would like to return. 


-We can only accept returns from countries in the European Union (Sweden is a part of the EU).


-You should immediately contact us during the timespan of 14 days when returning. 


-When returning you are the one paying for the return label. The label must be sent with postnord, able to track and sent to a post office. We will provide you with information about which address you should return to. 


-The package should also be sent in the same box as you received it in. If the box you received the items in was damaged please find a new suitable cardboard box to ship the items back.


-DON’T return shoeboxes with no cardboard box around it. The shoeboxes should always be shipped double boxed. If you send back a shoebox with tape put right on it, we will take out compensation. This is because the original box now is damaged and must be sold for a lower price. Once again we urge you to NOT do this in order to avoid any debates. The compensation will be around 50% of the original price.


-If there is any damage or signs of usage on the product we will deduct the cost for the damage from your refund. 


-We therefore take the right to deduct the decrease of value in your refund. We beg you to return the package with the products as you received them,  in order to avoid any inconveniences.


-When returning an item with signs of wear when sold as brand new, we must take out a larger fee because it can no longer be sold as new. The price on a brand new product compared to a used one is drastic and therefore we urge you to be careful with the new products. 


-When returning we also take out a fee of 99 kr for handling the return. We must do this in order to provide you as a customer with such good prices. 


-If your package is lost in the shipping during the return to us it’s you that stand for the cost just as described in konsumentköpslagen 8 §. When we ship out the product it’s we that stand for the cost if the package gets lost just as described in konsumentköpslagen 7 §.  We therefore urge you to return the package in a safe manner. We also recommend you to choose a shipment that has insurance. In that way you can get your money back if the package is lost during shipping. 



-The right of return does not apply when:


•Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you. 


•Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes. 


•Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal. 


•Services made when you have agreed not to have the right of return beforehand. 


•Purchase of underwear (Socks, Swimming trunks, underpants).



5. Reclamation and complaints

-We go through every product before they are sent out to you. If the products would be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives please contact us immediately.


-If the product doesn’t match our description or has been damaged during shipping we will follow Swedish law and fix the problem. 


-You must always contact us before returning a product with defects.  


-We will not tolerate someone deliberately damaging a product and then returning it. The value deduction on the product will be taken from your refund.


-You should contact us immediately when noticing any problem. 


-Possible errors or defects should always be described in the mail to streetkranig@gmail.com which also should include your name, address, mail and order number. 


-If we’re not able to get you a similar product we will refund you in line with konsumentskyddslagen. On approved reclamations we will pay for the shipping.


-We hold the right to deny any reclamation that’s not in line with konsumentskyddslagstiftning. On reclamations we follow the guidelines from Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden ( arn.se ).


-We want to make clear that we are not the ones producing the products. Secondplace are only reselling products and not an official retailer for any brand such as Adidas, Nike etc. Products can overtime become more sensitive for usage and therefore break. We always want a happy customer and therefore always try to come to a solution. 



6. Limitation of liability      

-We don’t take any responsibility for indirect damage that can arise due to use on the product. 


-We don’t take responsibility for any delays/errors outside our control such as work strikes, bad weather etc.



7. Product Information 

-We reserve ourselves in case of any misprints or products being out of stock. 


-We also can’t guarantee that the pictures on the website can replicate how they look in real life. Things such as settings on your computer, our lighting, our camera etc are all things that have an impact on how the picture will look for you as a customer on the website. 



8. Information about cookies

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed that cookies are being used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. It is possible to set your browser so that it automatically refuses cookies. More information can be found on the Swedish Post and Telecommunications Authority's website.



9. Personal information 

-By shopping at Secondplace, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do NOT collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis behind it. 


-Streetkran AB are responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs. 


-The info below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).




9.1 What is personal data? 

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a person. 


9.2 What data do we store? 

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.


9.3 Legal Basis 

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent. 


9.4 What information is shared and for what purpose? 


9.4.1 Payment provider

When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.


9.4.2 Shipping company 

-In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company.


9.4.3 Newsletter 

-If you have chosen to subscribe. We use the information in order to send out newsletters to you. 


9.5 The Right of access 

You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format. 


9.6 Right to rectification 

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete. 


9.7 The right to be forgotten 

You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act). 


9.8 Responsible for data protection

Streetkran AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.






10. Sell to us

We reserve us the right to 

-Deny any product that comes out as fake/we maybe think is fake during our authentication process.


-The products do not match the condition as stated by you as a seller. 


-You pay the shipping to us



10.1 Rules if we cancel a purchase

-Any stains, scuffs, signs of use etc that have not been communicated by you as a seller will either result in us agreeing on a new price or the products being returned to you. You as a seller are the one paying for the return label cost. You are the one responsible for the product when shipping back. We therefore recommend you to choose shipping that’s insured to the value of the products inside. 


-We will take out a fee of 200 SEK if we do not agree on something when the products do not match the description. This fee is to cover our cost of spending time on buying the product but also picking the package up, sending the package back etc. 


-Köplagen applies when buying and we will just cancel a purchase if the product is fake or don't match the description. 


-We therefore want you to be super clear about the condition etc in order to avoid any inconvenience. 



11. Pre orders

-Everything on the website are products that are in stock . There is no items that are 

pre-orders.

We will then reply if a pre-order is possible. 


-If you preorder something note the following 

You are buying a service that is tailor-made just for you and therefore we take out a fee of 500 kr if you want to return the item. We buy the product just for your needs.


-Delivery time is longer than usual.


-You pay the full amount first and we source the product after.
